STYLES OF YOGA
HOT YOGA
A sequence of 26 postures and Pranayama breathing. Following the Lineage of Bishnu Gosh, this yoga is practiced in a room heated with the highest quality and genuine far infrared heat, ( Between 38-39 degrees) and is 65 minutes long. Suitable for both beginners and advanced students, Hot Yoga is designed to relieve stress, balance and strengthen the glandular system, circulation, digestion and nervous system, reverse the ageing process and reshape muscles, tendons and posture. Fresh blood is brought to areas not normally affected and the whole body becomes supple and strong.

SILENTLY HOT YOGA
A Hot Yang Class led by our experienced Hot Yang teachers with no dialogue, only
prompts to flow from one posture to next. Designed for anyone with some experience in
Bikram or other similar Hot Yoga methods. An amazing way to tune in to the “priority” of all Yoga Asana’s, your breath.

FUSION FLOW
Classic Vinyasa Flow, but with a fusion of Iyengar. Suitable for beginner to
advanced as there will be options for the more challenging postures. Fusing power and stretching with more awareness to aligning breath to movement.
A class that
allows for more expression, fun and opening and strengthening from toes to fingertips and done in our non-heated studio designed to express serenity and wonder.
No added heat as Phuket boasts the perfect temperature for this style of yoga ( approx 28-30 degrees).

GENTLE FLOW
A gentle and steady flow, combining standing and seated postures with attention to moving mindfully.
Think soulful, soothing and releasing through the journey bringing you back to your peaceful self after a long hard day.

YIN YOGA
Yin Yoga is a slower-paced, more meditative version of the popular physical and spiritual discipline of yoga. Deep muscle and fascia openings with longer help seated poses.
Also a very strong meditative practice as our thoughtful sequences not only rejuvenate muscles but as we move deeper into each pose, the intimate connection from mind to body takes us on alchemic journey of self.

FLY YOGA

Fly yoga also referred to as Aerial Yoga, is a type of yoga that uses a hammock to allow students to perform postures that they may not ordinarily be able to attempt on the yoga mat. It is often also referred to as AntiGravity yoga. It combines traditional yoga with moves inspired by Pilates, dance, and acrobatics.

HHIP 50
Hot high intensity matt Pilates.
A 50 minute sweat session with groovy beats targeting mainly core but also a full body, low impact workout.

and has proven to be super beneficial for our spines, significant improvements to fitness levels and a general sense
