Ten thousand hours of teaching over 10 years and three studios later, Jack is very excited to share his knowledge, and spread the joy of Yoga to future teachers. Health and vitality has always been a major part of Jack’s life, but it was only after constant joint pain from unmindful fitness approaches that he found his true love in yoga. Within just six months of practice in Yoga, his pain had all but gone, yet his fitness remained and in fact rocketed, along with a whole host of other amazing things from his Yoga practice. Keen to share his new found gift, he wasted no time becoming a teacher and soon after opened studios in Bali and now at his home in Phuket where he owns and operates Yoga Republic, a successful Island, style studio. Jack has emerged a truly knowledgeable, caring and down to earth teacher with an abundance of positive energy. He knows how to get the best out of his students and calls his approach “tough love”. Most of all, he believes Yoga should be fun.

Yoga is medicine for the mind, body and soul. Yan is an experienced yoga teacher, a former UK doctor and lifelong dedicated yogi. After practicing yoga for over fifteen years, it has now become her healing tool and prescription to herself and her students. She has led a full yogic and nomadic life since 2014, living from a place of inner truth and freedom. Awareness is anchored in the flowing practice of integrated breath and movement; the gift of Vinyasa. Yan integrates her practice and knowledge of Vinyasa, Yin, breathwork and meditation from beloved Masters around the world with a deep understanding of medicine, anatomy and physiology of the body, in all of her teaching and guidance. She has traveled and taught yoga at numerous retreat centers and teacher training programs around the world, always imparting her message from the heart, that all is well.
